From speaking with Wiesia to make an appt. and then Yolano or Sandy to help with the service has always been a pleasurable experience. Always accomadating, friendly and helpful. Being the mother of a handicap son, it is sometimes very difficult to get appointments/services to work around my son's programs. BUT NOT AT KEN SHAW LEXUS! Sandra was completely understanding & accomodated difficult to get appointments/services to work around my son's programs. BUT NOT AT KEN SHAW LEXUS! Sandra was completely understanding & accomodated me! Yolano has also assisted me greatly in the past. This is my 3rd Lexus over several years & I keep coming back, not only for the fabulous vehicles but also for the wonderful service & staff! 5 PLUS STARS!!! I would not go anywhere else!!! More

I phoned the Ken Shaw Lexus Dealership from the side of the highway after my accident despite the intense pressure from the tow truck driver to tow my Lexus RX350 to his body shop. Hartley was extremely helpful & professional and even stayed late to wait for me to be towed there. Once I arrived he had my car processed & a Lexus courtesy car ready for me. Hartley worked with the insurance company making sure they were aware of all damage (the adjustor was called in twice) & inspected the entire vehicle for any other problems it had. There was some rust on the inside of my door that he had repaired while my SUV was out of commission. The cost of that to me was minimal because it was already at the body shop. My insurance company didn't approve of the luxury replacement car but the manager, John Bennett, allowed me to keep the car at the dealership's expense. After it was fixed, Hartley & John arranged to get me a spare Faab key covered under warranty and while I was in the service department getting the Faab programmed John noticed a recall on my brake pedal that hadn't been completed. (I had been taking my SUV to another mechanic for maintenance). The recall was completed within 45 minutes while I waited in the lounge, equipped with a full body massage chair! Not only were the staff fantastic to deal with but my SUV is in perfect shape now with no problems at all. There was extensive damage to the entire rear end of the vehicle and it was repaired with no water leaks or squeaks and extras added in to improve the appearance of the RX350. This was an overall fantastic experience, I will take my car back to Ken Shaw Lexus Dealership for regular maintenance now. More
I have been driving since I was 16 years old. At age 48, I have had 14 cars and all of them have been from various dealerships. My 14th car was from Ken Shaw Lexus and I must tell you that this past purcha I have had 14 cars and all of them have been from various dealerships. My 14th car was from Ken Shaw Lexus and I must tell you that this past purchase and service expereince has been the absolute best. From sales right through to the people that work in the service department, Ken Shaw has provided the most reliable, professional, trustworthy experience I have ever had with a dealership. I will continue with Ken Shaw for many, many years to come and I will recommend them to my Family and Friends. This service department doesn't care about car safety and blames me, the customer, to not tell them what to do when my car is in service. Here is what happened... I took my car in for service once a car at K blames me, the customer, to not tell them what to do when my car is in service. Here is what happened... I took my car in for service once a car at Ken Shaw and guess what, my rotors are broken now and they said that they never inspected my brakes during service because I never told them to. Well, if I have to tell them everything to do to make sure that my car is safe during service, then I will be doing their job! And I got yelled at when I gave them a bad service review on the phone! So, do yourself a favour, do go there! More
