Proud New Lexus Owner I recently purchased a Lexus IS 350 (used) from Ken Shaw Lexus. I've had it for a week now and I absolutely love it. When I initially went to the deal I recently purchased a Lexus IS 350 (used) from Ken Shaw Lexus. I've had it for a week now and I absolutely love it. When I initially went to the dealership to look at the vehicle, Raphael was the gentleman who assisted me. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great guy to talk about the car with. I then went on to look at other vehicles elsewhere. I ended up deciding to go with the Lexus because of the friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere at the dealership and generally I just had a greater level of comfort buying the vehicle from the Lexus dealership because of the vehicle being Lexus Certified and because I enjoyed dealing with Raphael. I didn't have that same feeling when I went to other dealerships. Even though I bought a used car, it was in pristine condition inside and out when I picked it up and I am very glad I purchased the vehicle from Raphael at Ken Shaw Lexus! More

I never felt pressured at any time during the sale, he made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I've purchased a lot of vehicles throughout my time and I would say Tabish was one the most easiest to deal with hands down! He patiently went over every option with me during and even after the sale. At the end of closing my deal, I also had the pleasure of meeting Simon the sales manager. He was very pleasant to deal with and we did not need to negotiate too long for him to provide me with a great deal. After, shaking hands and closing the deal, I then spoke with Daniel the business manager who was very accommodating. He went through all the available options and was also very patient with me, I left feeling very confident that I had made the right decisions. I really appreciated all the assistance from everyone at Ken Shaw Lexus. They charged me full price for half the work. My first and last experience at Ken Shaw Lexus. I decided to take my Lexus to a Lexus dealership for a 4 wheel alignment. So I bring my car to the d My first and last experience at Ken Shaw Lexus. I decided to take my Lexus to a Lexus dealership for a 4 wheel alignment. So I bring my car to the dealership on a Saturday morning for my appointment. As I wait over an hour before being called to tell me the car was ready. I walk over to the service desk and ask to see my results of the alignment. As i'm looking over the adjustments made on my 4 wheels, I noticed that the mechanic had made a few adjustments to the front wheels. As i look to see the results of the rear wheels, they were left BLANK. I ask my service rep why do I not have any results for my rear wheels ? At that point he is only a sales rep and tells me that he will ask the mechanic that did the work on the car, as to why he never made any adjustments to the rear wheels. After speaking with the mechanic the sales rep returns with the answer as to why I had no values for my rear alignment. He explains to me that the mechanic had looked at my rear wheels and said to himself that they looked pretty good, by just looking at the rear tire. At this point I explained to the sales rep that the rear wheel bearings were changed thus needing a 4 wheel alignment, which I understood to be what I was paying for ? Without any hesitation the sales rep processed my bill for a 4 wheel alignment while knowing that the mechanic told him he only aligned the front 2 tires, while using his eye to tell me that the rear tires are good. I asked for the result of the alignment to be photocopied and attached to the receipt. Now, had I been an unsuspecting customer who just went out and purchased new tires for example. After believing you received an alignment to get the full even wear out of your new tires, you may be in for a big surprise. No refunds on tires that wear due to bad alignment. My advice if you are reading this is to take your car to a professional. I'm finished with Ken shaw Lexus Dealership. They Lie, they over charge for work they don't do, and expect you to come back for more. The management should leave fixing cars to someone who understands what 4 wheel alignment means. Please change the alignment package to ONLY 2 WHEEL alignment and stop lying to your customers for work you don't provide. May Mr. Ken Shaw teach you all what it means to provide a service to your customers. Because you are not getting it at this Dealership. Next time you get work done. Ask for the results. Especially wheel Alignments. Never returning customer. I would like to add that I did speak with Shameer who is the Service manager over the phone after getting home that day. He told me he was in a Meeting while my car was being serviced. He had mentioned that he would personally check my cars alignment. I explained to Shameer, that you have wasted my time and No I will never return to your Lexus Dealership ever again. I've learned my lesson and hope to educated the next unsuspecting customer. I have the documentation of the work preformed by your Lexus Dealership stating in black and white, all the work preformed by your so called trained technicians. As you should have on your file as well. If you believe that your trained technicians are being paid to do a 4 wheel Alignment, why am I the one who is paying for Front wheel alignment ONLY ? Yet charge me for 4 wheels ? To sum it all up I will be posting the Alignment you provide with price. As well as a profession alignment done after your train technicians adequate results. We will let the numbers show how good your technicians eyes are when he tells me that the rears looked good, and decided to not preform a rear alignment. Thanks for lying to my face. I hope to educated all your customers on the type of service you can expect. I hope Shameer will teach his technicians, to use the equipment for aligning my tires not their eyes. I trust his judgement and recommendations that I don't even need to test drive and/or hassle with pricing. I just dropped by his office, have a cup of coffee, finalizing the payment schedules and my options, then I can walk away with my new Lexus. My associates always said I got very fair and decent deal from Raymond. I told them I got better than that because I don't need to spend hours "kicking" tires and arguing with other car salesman, My time will be better used serving my clients and earning more commissions.
