In addition, purchasing a Lexus (new or pre-owned) from any other Lexus dealer besides Ken Shaw is out of the question. I recently purchased a Lexus IS 250 from Ken Shaw Lexus. Besides the car being amazing, the quality and standard of service that I received was impeccable. From the minute we stepped into the dealership we were treated with courtesy and respect (and trust me, this doesn't happen at every dealership, I have some horror stories to share about others!). In this digital age, what matters is the right message at the right time! Mark Aquilla was the first to contact us once he knew what we were interested in. It was the perfect time, and his client relations skills won us over, even before we stepped into the dealership. Simon Wong, the pre-owned sales manager, really took care of us during our negotiations. He listened to our needs and was very accommodating (a trait not many sales managers have these days!) The entire experience was perfection from start to finish. Even post sale, Mark is still very much active from a client relationship standpoint. That is what I love as a customer and that is what will keep me a customer for Lexus in the forthcoming years. Paul Shaw - who owns the dealership with his brother Ken - phoned me today in response to my review, which i'd posted here as well as on Facebook. Thought my language was a bit harsh. We differed on that point. Anyway, I appreciated the courtesy of a phone call, and the fact he said he talked with salesman Raphael and manager Simon. He assured me customers WILL be given a price should they be asked for one again from now on. I should hope so. Interestingly, he said most customers WILL make an offer and - this is key - they wouldn't sell nearly as many cars if customers did what I did and insisted they be given a price. I take that to mean, pressure tactics aimed at insisting a customer make an offer usually work. There's a lesson in there, my friends. More

Besides offering a great vehicle, everyone at Ken Shaw has been extremely professional and helpful...but the person who stands out from the the rest is Michele. From the very first day we walked in we told her what we needed, and she found the perfect vehicle for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to find a car that suited our needs while being in our price range. Michele gave us a thorough run through of the SUV we had decided to buy and left no question we had unanswered including the finance portion of the deal where they explained all extra incentives available to us but not once did we feel pressured to buy something that we did not want. Right from the start Michele was honest and friendly. Extremely customer service focused, professional, knowledgeable and helpful - NO request insurmountable. We now consider Michele a friend, as well as our salesperson. She goes well beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. We are now on our fourth Lexus SUV and have actually driven across the country to deal with Michele when trading in our old vehicles and finding our new one. We can't say enough about Michele and the staff at Ken Shaw and we look forward to our continued relationship. More
