On this occasion service was required for the vehicles rear lighting. It was early evening yet the dealership serviced the car immediately and the lighting issue was resolved within half an hour. As usual staff were friendly and efficient and we enjoyed our brief stay in the lounge. More

"Excellent service department " My wife brought in our 2010 Lexus Rx 350 for a service issue with out an appointment on a very busy day and they were able to fit her in.They had dia My wife brought in our 2010 Lexus Rx 350 for a service issue with out an appointment on a very busy day and they were able to fit her in.They had diagnosed the problem within an hour.The repair couldn't be done that day so they gave her a rental (Lexus es 350)nice! We were a few thousand kms outside of our warranty so the repair was not covered(approx.$1300+tax). I was not happy because this was a part that should last the life of the vehicle. Called Lexus Canada customer service explained my situation and they told me to contact the service manager Shameer Hussain. He was able to get the part covered under warranty and cover some of the labor. Thanks to Shameer for all his help and Jeff for the fantastic service . Although I am disappointed with Lexus Canada for not covering the full repair on a problem that has plagued Toyota (Lexus)SUVs since the late 1990s! More

My sales rep (Michele Cormier), was very knowledgeable about the car, howeve I recently bought a 2011 ES 350 Truffle on Parchment from Ken Shaw Lexus. My sales rep (Michele Cormier), was very knowledgeable about the car, however more importantly, very courteous and did not use pressure tactics to sell me. Michele made me feel comfortable and showed a high level of professionalism. She also helped me negotiate a price that was within my budget. The car was in excellent condition and I picked my car up 5 days after the purchase. I am extremely happy with my car, and as a first time Lexus owner, very happy with the experience. I highly recommend Ken Shaw Lexus. More

Michele stayed in touch, giving me exactly what I needed with respect to leasing numbers and product selection. For me, the most important part of my experience with Michele and the dealership was the no pressure environment. There was no stuffiness or artifice. I felt a genuine sense that the first priority for all staff was getting me in the car that I loved for a fair price. Thank you to Michele and the whole team. I couldn't be happier. More
Worst experience ever One of my worst experiences with a car dealer. Gave me a great deal over the phone on a new CT200h. From ottawa so I couldnt see the car but since it One of my worst experiences with a car dealer. Gave me a great deal over the phone on a new CT200h. From ottawa so I couldnt see the car but since it was new i wasnt expecting it to be a problem. Emailed the salesperson (Mark) several times to make sure the car was fine and he replied all was well. Flew in with my wife to pick up the car and when I inspected the car I found two small dents on the door. The car also wasnt (prepped) cleaned inside and out (finger prints on the ceiling and doors and the sticky tape was still found on the car. The tires weren't balanced (found that out on the way home) If it wasnt for my wife I wouldve left them with the car. But then we had to find a way home and they knew it. They would not compensate us in any way except to low ball a repair compensation to fix the dents. Turned out to be twice their estimate. It wasnt until we threatened to leave did they offer us anything (an additional $500 and paid for the full proper repair when a new higher estimate was quoted). If full reparation was offered from the beginning and the car was prepped properly my rating would be higher however this didnt happen and we has to go through a stressful situation. I honestly expected more from a Lexus dealership and from Lexus. Will not go back. More
