The Best Dealer Experience Ever I'm not one to normally write reviews however the service I received from Ken Shaw Lexus was exceptional and beyond what I am used to and I feel m I'm not one to normally write reviews however the service I received from Ken Shaw Lexus was exceptional and beyond what I am used to and I feel moved to express my gratitude. Raymond Kan handled my needs with skill and grace. I had a private buyer trade-in to add to my own car purchase which made it trickier to coordinate. Raymond and his manager Simon went beyond my expectations to ensure everything was taken care of and even the buyer of my old Lexus was more than pleased. Raymond was upfront with everything and I felt like I was heard and supported throughout the process like he had my interests at heart. Jeff in service and Nick in the body shop also deserve special mention as they also went out of there way to make my the owner of my trade-in get what he wanted and saved us both some money. I wish experiences like this were more common which is partly why I wanted to post this - so other dealers learn the value of a really good customer experience and what that looks like. Steven More

I dealt with Raphael Munro and would like let you know that he was a pleasure to work with. As soon as I told Raphael that my wife's car had been stolen, he advised me that Global i would provide up to $4,000 in addition to the payout by my insurer. This made the decision to purchase a 2015 RX350 easier to do. Raphael was very knowledgeable in explaining all of the differences / "upgrades" over the 2 model years. And, he was very informative and patient in going over the car in detail with my wife when we picked it up this afternoon. I have never been in this part of Toronto before, and what brought us to this location was really the price and the fact it was one of the few dealerships with the precise vehicle to our specifications. Most discussions were held with Frank and team through email, and both was extremely responsive and professional throughout the process which led us to eventually pay a visit to the dealership to seal the deal. The remaining paperwork went very smooth and prompt without any unpleasant surprises, and we were literally in and out within 30 minutes. Vehicle was delivered 3 days later, and Wally was very thorough and professional in walking through the long list of features of the vehicle and answered all our questions without hesitation. I was very impressed overall, and will definitely recommend friends/family to this dealership for Lexus needs. The only minor annoyance might just be the ongoing construction work happening as they are currently expanding/renovating the dealership, but I think it will all be worth it once all is done as the showroom definitely could use a little refresh as it stands today. Any question asked was met with an attitude and ignorance regarding the vehicles. I am a physician and am accustomed to helping others and expect the same.
