Friendly, professional and transparent, great experience! I was looking for a particular truck and options and found it online at Ken Sargent, the only issue was I am in British Columbia and they are in Alber I was looking for a particular truck and options and found it online at Ken Sargent, the only issue was I am in British Columbia and they are in Alberta.. I sent an email through their Canada trader ad and Kevin responded promptly and quickly with the information I was looking for. Over the next couple days Kevin did a great job of supplying me with photos, inspection reports and a car fax to make me as comfortable as possible with a long distance purchase. We agreed on a price and a deposit was given, but I was unable to make it out their way for 3 weeks due to schedule conflicts, they agreed to hold the truck for me and make sure it was ready to go when I flew in. Once I was in Grand Prairie I was picked up at the airport and brought to the dealership where they treated me well, had the truck ready to go and all paperwork prepared. The whole process took under an hour once I was there due to all the leg work they did beforehand, it was much appreciated. Everyone was friendly and made the purchase enjoyable instead of pressured and taken advantage of like many other dealerships do. After an 1,100km trip home my new truck is running great and has since passed a provincial inspection without any issue, couldn't ask for anything more. If you're looking for an honest dealership that's ready to go the extra mile for your purchase than Ken Sargent is the place to go, I would have no issue recommending them to everyone I know.
