Get regular calls from him to make sure I'm satisfied or have any questions. Can"t say enough about the service at Kelowna Toyota. Also, the cost of extended warranty for 7 years was so inexpensive. Really recommend buying it. More

Friendly and Knowledgable I had a good experience with the purchase of my 2016 Rav4 SE. My wife and I went in and test drove one and after our road test all of our questions we I had a good experience with the purchase of my 2016 Rav4 SE. My wife and I went in and test drove one and after our road test all of our questions were answered including the explanation of leasing. They did not have the Color we wanted it stock but were able to get one in very quickly. When we went back in to pick up our new rav4 the saleswoman was there to greet us and showed us our shiny new vehicle. Lyle the business manager was pleasant and explained all of our paper work clearly and even got someone in to do our insurance. We were shown all of the features in the Rav4 and were told a number of times that if we had any questions to stop back in and someone would help. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend to anyone that Kelowna Toyota is a great place to buy a car. More
