I met many people throughout this process and have unfortunately had some less than desirable interactions. Some sales people feel so disingenuous and aren't really listening to the customer. They just want to sell and that's understandable as that is the business. He was SO patient with me, answered all my questions and concerns. He wasn't 'pushy' at all which was a BIG concern of mine since I've never been in that situation of shopping for a vehicle before. My father picked out the three vehicles I have had. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, professional and simply, a great person to deal with!! He walked me thru all the features inside and outside the vehicle. When I picked up my Rav4 I forgot my sunglasses for the drive home and John gave me a pair of sunglasses to have. That was awesome!!! He asked me to come back if I need to review anything, which I did. Can't say enough about the great service I had at Kelowna Toyota and how they all made me feel so welcomed.
