My father picked out the three vehicles I have had. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, professional and simply, a great person to deal with!! He walked me thru all the features inside and outside the vehicle. When I picked up my Rav4 I forgot my sunglasses for the drive home and John gave me a pair of sunglasses to have. John delivered on all his promises and keep kept us informed on the progress of delivery as the day went along. I would recommend John to my friends and family. Pros: -Higher seating position making ingress and egress easier -Much quieter interior than our previous 2014 Corolla -Good acceleration and enough power for the hills and for passing -very comfortable rear seats -Plenty of cargo space Cons: -Despite all the safety features, no backup warning on this model -Headlights are not as good as in our 2014 Corolla. (Miss the LED lights) -No interior trunk release -cross rails not standard on this model -disappointing no change to radio display. Kinda boring.
