Purchasing my vehicle from your dealership was a great experience made even greater by my salesperson, Ryan Graham. In February of this year I started looking for a new vehicle……. I quickly found one at your dealership and sent an email to the address provided. Never having shopped for a vehicle this way, I didn’t know what to expect. Soon after, I received a response from Ryan, who immediately put my worries of shopping for a vehicle this way at ease. First off, I was 600 km’s away in Prince George, BC, second, I had never driven the vehicle I was contemplating buying and also with a busy schedule of my own I couldn’t dedicate a lot of time to the car buying process. Ryan responded to my every question in a genuine and professional manner, even when I felt I was being a giant pain in the xxx! No detail was too small, no conversation with Ryan was ever a problem for him, he was exceedingly polite, knowledgeable and wonderfully helpful. Ryan walked me through every step of the process with ease and at no time did I feel overwhelmed, pressured, or bothered.
