Seamless experience for out of town buyers My wife and I just purchased a new 4Runner this past weekend through Kelowna Toyota. We live a few hours from Kelowna but we saw our dream vehicle and had no issue making the trip to pick it up. We dealt with Kyle Warsimage on this sale and throughout the entire process he was professional, respectful, and very kind. We felt comfortable reaching out to him for any questions or concerns we had, and his response was always timely and knowledgeable. This was a bit of a stressful experience for us as we weren't able to speak to anyone in person or view the vehicle before pickup, but the staff at Kelowna Toyota helped us feel a bit more at ease. We had a couple hiccups during the negotiation of our purchase/trade in (that were not at the fault of Kelowna Toyota) and Steve Enns and Kyle quickly jumped in to provide guidance/support so that we could resolve the problem and continue with the sale of our vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase, it was such a seamless experience as all parties involved were prepared. My wife and I don't manage to get days off together very often so our only opportunity to pick up the truck was two days after paying our deposit, and the team at Kelowna Toyota managed to get everything ready for us while still maintaining integrity and professionalism. Kyle was great to deal with, as were Steve & Stephane in finance, and also Austin who helped us get our insurance in place. 2nd times a charm! I had an unfortunate accident and I hit 2 deer on the highway. My Toyota Highlander was only 7 months old! She defiantly saved me from getting hurt I had an unfortunate accident and I hit 2 deer on the highway. My Toyota Highlander was only 7 months old! She defiantly saved me from getting hurt. There was massive damage to the front and side of my car. And I walked away without a scratch. I didn't even still my coffee! The deer and my car did not survive the incident. Joe and Indy were amazing yet again. They both turned a very scary and stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I did repurchase the same car. I love my Highlander and I recommend Toyota to everyone I know. The guys at Kelowna Toyota understand how to treat their customers. They are truly exceptional! More
