Love the Toyota Tacoma Bought a 2013 Tacoma 9 months ago. A month down the road after purchasing I noticed my running tail lights were out. Along with some interior ones. I’ Bought a 2013 Tacoma 9 months ago. A month down the road after purchasing I noticed my running tail lights were out. Along with some interior ones. I’m no good with vehicles*. Had no obligations to be driving at night so i wasn’t in a hurry to have it looked at. Couple weeks goes by, I get irritated hah. booked an appointment and had a diagnosis done. Fuse blew and they found my trailer cable(hookup idk) was broken and was flopping around hitting metal. They replaced the fuse and wrapped the cord with a black rubber glove, to keep it from blowing my fuse. Then recommended I should have it fixed. I also got told the vehicle was never inspected at that dealership(no look over?) since she told me that’s impossible for them to miss. That the vehicle shouldn’t have been sold to me like that. 7 months go by no problems. Fuse blows again. I explain the story and the general sales manager looks at me as if I’m lying. Shows me a picture of the rear end of the vehicle(before I bought it) and says look, there’s no glove. Tells me I can either work with him or against him.. I’m a good person and have a good heart. I feel conflicted to go back there and my fuse just blew again today. Thoughts? More
