Excellent service from start to finish! We came to Kelowna looking for a used vehicle. We showed up early for an appointment with Joe Sassine; no problem, he had us test drive the vehicle t We came to Kelowna looking for a used vehicle. We showed up early for an appointment with Joe Sassine; no problem, he had us test drive the vehicle that we were interested in while he wrapped up with his other customer. When we returned, he proved to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very friendly and patient with us. We needed winter tires to get home and we were a little concerned about the battery. We had to be on the road back to Castlegar by noon the next day. Again, no problem. Tires were sourced and installed at a VERY good price and in a very short amount of time. The battery could not be replaced until later (too late for us), so they gave us the new battery for us to replace if the existing battery gave us any trouble (it hasn't yet). Thank you to Manny for taking care of the tires and battery...and providing other useful information. Leila, the Finance Manager and the woman who took care of insurance (sorry, I forgot her name) were also very friendly and helpful! Everything was so well coordinated; and as we went through each step, Joe was attentive and available. Excellent experience!! Will definitely recommend this dealership!!! More
