My car buying experience over the last thirty years has been mostly comprised of private sales. Car dealerships have always intimidated me. The pushy sales people always seem to know more than you do. When I first called Kelowna Toyota, my call was answered by a friendly and professional receptionist. I was then connected to Caity Crow in sales. Caity was very personable and helpful. She has been at Toyota for just over a year. We found a used Tacoma, that had been through the inspection process. The items needed to be repaired were done promptly and properly. Caity was able to sell me the truck at a price that I was unable to find anywhere else. I am extremely happy with the people at Kelowna Toyota, and in particular, the buying experience with sales person Caity Crow. BW West Kelowna More
