We were very well informed about all the warrantee options that were available to us through the dealership from Kabi and treated as though we were purchasing a new vehicle. When it came time to get our orientation with our new car we were brought down to the showroom where the car had been detailed with a red bow on the hood (Which my wife is still talking about and sending photos to all her friends). Diego was extremely thorough and patient with us as he went over all the operations and even synced our phones for us. We have never had such a high level of service before even when buying brand new $100,000.00 plus vehicles. Thank you to all of the team at Kelowna Mercedes Bens you guys are awesome.
