good prompt service one thing. The customer service rep said he would be glad to show us a couple of controls inside our car wonce the service was completed .Unfortunate one thing. She was very polite but it did not help me get the answers I needed. Had to bring car in multiple times before they took me seriously about my fuel pump failing. Car stranded me and my 3 month old baby as a result.
