Service was done quickly. Matt was excellent to deal with. Was at Bannister on previous oil change as Kelowna chev was booked up for 2 weeks. Found an oil leak on D/W… turned Matt was excellent to deal with. Was at Bannister on previous oil change as Kelowna chev was booked up for 2 weeks. I have always been impressed with the service centre. They are a friendly group and seem to work well as a team. Recently I needed my tire sensors reset and talked to Matt. He told me it was an easy fix and I could stop in any time for him to reset them. I stopped there last week and he told me to drive in right away. He found out that one new sensor was faulty and asked if I wanted it replaced right then. Matt checked with the technicians in the garage area and they said they could work my vehicle into their schedule. The sensor was changed and I was on my quickly. This business seems to understand that the best advertising is their customers' 'word of mouth'. More
