Garrett went way above and beyond to help me when my truck broke down just as I was leaving Kelowna for a 8 day camping trip. 5 minuets out of town going up Walker hill towing my RV, the engine check en truck broke down just as I was leaving Kelowna for a 8 day camping trip. 5 minuets out of town going up Walker hill towing my RV, the engine check engine light came on and the truck lost most of it's power. I limped it back into town straight to Kelowna Chev and saw Garrett. This was Saturday afternoon about 3:30. He came out to the parking lot with some tools, read the diagnostic codes and determined cylinder 3 was misfiring. He swapped the coil pack with cylinder 1 to test and changed a suspect spark plug cable and tested again with no error codes. Suggested I test drive it up Dillworth hill. Everything ran great. He put back the engine cowlings etc. and had me back on the road shortly after 4:00. Amazing, he saved our holiday. You won't find that kind of service on a Saturday afternoon very often. Thanks so much Garrett, you saved our day. More
