Really disappointed in the lack of customer service I had given the dealership a call this morning to inquire about some repairs for my car the person I talked to at the main desk was very friendly and I had given the dealership a call this morning to inquire about some repairs for my car the person I talked to at the main desk was very friendly and very helpful she transferred me to the service department where the person I talked to at about 9:30 AM on Wednesday morning November 23rd was very very rude I had called to just kind of tell her what was going on with my car and she said and I quote "I'll stop you right there our technicians (or something) are busy so they'll have to call you back" and when I said that I would try calling somewhere else she literally hung up on me this has got to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had when I was only trying to find a new place to take my car More
Power Steering Catastrophe Ordered a part for my car that doesn't even exist..... Performed a diagnoses that I paid $130.00 to find out my steering wheel position sensor apparently needed to be replaced. Had the part ordered only to find out the part DOES NOT EXIST IN MY VEHICLE. Problem is still not solved almost 3 weeks later as well as spending over 3 hours at the dealership between two separate appointments. Wasted time + wasted money = one unhappy customer. More

I booked the appointment way in advance and they told me they would give me a courtesy car to use, the day before my appointment they call me and tell me there's no courtesy cars available and they would shuttle me to and from work. They shuttled me to work, then called and told me they found "NO ISSUES" with anything... after I had told them you have to drive near highway speed. The one issue they did find, I had been quoted on the same work elsewhere for half the price, so I told them can you please come pick me up and I will take my car elsewhere to be fixed. They repeatedly ignored my calls and never sent a shuttle driver to come get me. Essentially once I denied them fixing the car they refused to pick me up and left me stranded. I took a cab to get my car back, I looked at the invoice which stated they drove my car 1km!!!! 1km to determine there was "no issues"? When I clearly told them it was at highway speeds. Very frustrated. Terrible service. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone. More

He was professional, courteous and I felt he was in "my corner" through the process. He approached the issue very thoroughly and when it came down to the repair he ensured it was complete and done right. Subsequent interactions with Allan have always been positive and I have been completely satisfied with everything he has done. DFC and now KC are fortunate to have Allan representing them as one of the first people you deal with in the service area. Keep up the great work Allan! Excellent Service Experience from 600 Kms Away Mr. Andres: I recently had my daughter’s car in to your dealership for some service work. My daughter recently acquired an older m Mr. Andres: I recently had my daughter’s car in to your dealership for some service work. My daughter recently acquired an older model (97) Pontiac Grand Am from her grandmother for her use while she attends UBCO. It would not start the other night so we brought it in to your shop. Your service advisor, Matt Gunn, provided excellent service to us right from my first phone call to him. I was worried that with me being in Calgary it would be difficult to get things arranged remotely but Matt made it very easy and promptly returned all of my phone calls. Further, when I explained to him that we didn’t want to spend a lot of money given the age of the car but wanted to replace the rear view mirror, Matt came up with a great and inexpensive solution for us. Instead of going with the OEM mirror he suggested a considerably less expensive option to us saving us ~ $200 or more. A perfect solution for an older vehicle! Matt and the service technician also quickly diagnosed the starting issue and replaced a fuel filter that had not been changed in quite some time. My daughter was back on the road far sooner than we expected. I thought you should know how happy we are with the service and attention we received from Matt on a fairly insignificant amount of service work. I won’t hesitate to tell others about this very positive experience we had with your organization. Also, Susan Walker (I think I have her name right), was very helpful and friendly in directing my calls to your service department and answering my questions about local towing companies.
