Poorest Service Ever Received and Overpriced This "Consultant" advised roughly 1-hour to complete a recall N192261050 "reprogram the brake system software" and diagnose back-up beeper failure. Received vehicle back 5-hours later and overcharged $340.13 for replacement of beeper. This consultant is very evasive when asked direct questions and disregarding toward customer. More

Bummer to blast I came in to have my car looked at in the service Center. Matt; who was helping me, introduced me to "Rae rae" to look over options as my car may need I came in to have my car looked at in the service Center. Matt; who was helping me, introduced me to "Rae rae" to look over options as my car may need more repairs than I was willing to spend. She was super easy going and understanding of my mind set. I was worried to say the least about my car and didn't also tho k I could afford anything else. Long story short, she kept me positive, even when my fears were confirmed about my car being too much for me to spend fixing. Her and the team in there; cant forget billie lol, kept my wife and I and two small kids happy and sane while we found a great new; to us, car that we knew we could afford. Great service and care to me and my family. You have my utmost respect and appreciation. Thank you is really an understatement. More

Oil change done. Fuel filter was not!! I asked to get oil change and fuel filter. Oil change completed fuel filter was not. Every 2 oil change fuel filter should change also. Mechanic or service advisor did not say or up sell the filter. Service advisor said oh it will be 1/2 hour labour and parts but I couldn’t wait. I had another appointment. Now I have to go back pay more labor and time to get what I originally asked to be done. More
Rude and condescending!! Took vehicle in for paint peeling issue on a 2014 Silverado as directed by them when I called and described the problem. Arrived to find out that despite booking an appointment that the only person who could make a decision was on holidays. Pictures were taken and we were told they would let us know when the manager reviewed it after his holiday. Called back after approx. 3 weeks and the Manager had to find the file and call back (hadn't seen it). We were advised it was out of warranty due to mileage (65k?). Could no one else there have told us that without making us drive there and wait weeks for an answer?? When called on that he blamed it on his staff not always being too bright. Well ... who is responsible for training staff. When we expressed dismay at the wasted trip we were told "you were probably coming up to Kelowna anyway". Won't be back for Sales or Service. Disappointed in quality of product, warranty, and most importantly SERVICE. You may not have control of defects but you have a choice to treat people with respect. No options were More
