I am a Sales Manager in BC for a global corporation who uses Element Fleet vehicles for all sales reps. I have had three different sales reps of mine complain to me how rude and unprofessional the service uses Element Fleet vehicles for all sales reps. I have had three different sales reps of mine complain to me how rude and unprofessional the service department treated them. I am boycotting this dealership and spreading the word throughout my sales network. If you want to be belittled then go here for your vehicle servicing but our organization will NEVER be using them again. More
Jordan is my favorite guy! Very helpful! He will really help you whatever your concern is, and if you need something or asked him something to be fixed he will make sure to do it right away and will update help you whatever your concern is, and if you need something or asked him something to be fixed he will make sure to do it right away and will update you on everything. James was great in helping me find my vehicle l needed for work. He was always willing to get the answers that l may have and got back to me in a timely matter. Don't listen. Told Scott specifically I needed a service During my previous (almost 2 hr) visit instead of doing the regular servicing that I had booked they spent all the time checking to see if work needed During my previous (almost 2 hr) visit instead of doing the regular servicing that I had booked they spent all the time checking to see if work needed doing for a recall. At the end having found out the service was not done I went to SCOTT to ensure that they would get it done on my next visit to perform the recall work. Having been given an appointment to get a recall done on my 2018 Volt now that the parts came in, I reminded them that originally needed a service, which they had ignored and to make sure it was booked. Upon taking the car in I checked to make sure it would get done. THEY HAD NO RECORD OF IT. TOO CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING MONEY OFF A JUICY 12hr RECALL JOB !!!!!!! The VOLT is excellent. Due to everything going on and having a young child I didn't want to have to go the dealership, but needed my tires swapped out. Scott arranged to pick up and drop off my vehicle. Oil change gone bad! Had an appointment for a oil change on a ZR2 Colorado. Everything went good until I drove off, then the vehicle smoked, when took off from the light, Had an appointment for a oil change on a ZR2 Colorado. Everything went good until I drove off, then the vehicle smoked, when took off from the light, the smoke was the size of a house. Pulled over, oil leaking all out of the air cleaner. Turned out they didn’t drain the old oil out and just filled up with 6 litres of new oil. Filled everything full of oil, air cleaner and in takes. Luckily I didn’t go far or could have blown seals out.They did tow vehicle back and where apologetic, but took about 5 hrs of my time to sort out.Not very professional and won’t go back. More
Don't listen too well The last scheduled service for my Volt was not done because all that was noted for the visit was a rattle in the door that I also wanted looking at. The last scheduled service for my Volt was not done because all that was noted for the visit was a rattle in the door that I also wanted looking at. After almost 2 hours, I was informed my car was ready, they couldn't find the almost constant rattle - again - and had spent most of the time checking for a recall issue of a chaffing cable that I was not informed about. To my amazement the scheduled maintenance was not even done!!! The last (1 hr) maintenance took 3 hours due to schedule bungling. During the last 2 years I had repeatedly been getting emails with the dealer trying to sell me a new truck. I hate trucks, and have told them on a few occasions, even replying to emails about this. Apparently I was in their database as having bought a truck??? When I bought the vehicle the finance lady was very aggressive trying to up sell insurance/warranties to me, almost to the point of lying. It really turned me off. More
Poorest Service Ever Received and Overpriced This "Consultant" advised roughly 1-hour to complete a recall N192261050 "reprogram the brake system software" and diagnose back-up beeper failure. Received vehicle back 5-hours later and overcharged $340.13 for replacement of beeper. This consultant is very evasive when asked direct questions and disregarding toward customer. More
