Took our Camaro in for it's first service ,, I did need the car back as quickly as possible. Matt in the service department looked after me and I was back on the road in forty five minutes. I have been dealing with Derek Powley, Service Consultant, pretty much exclusively since I purchased my current vehicle at Kelowna Chevrolet in 2016. Derek has consistently gone above and beyond Consultant, pretty much exclusively since I purchased my current vehicle at Kelowna Chevrolet in 2016. Derek has consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate me whether it is scheduling me in for an appointment on short notice or arranging a shuttle ride for me to get to and from work. He is always friendly, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating with me to provide updates while my vehicle is in the shop. Derek always makes the experience of dealing with vehicle servicing/repairs much more enjoyable and far easier than other garages I have dealt with in the past. Thanks for all your help Derek. I've been very frustrated with their lack of communication with me and their lack of communication between departments. On 2 seperate occasions. Front and back breaks (recall issue), an alignment issue, a grinding when turning left and a clunk in the back end when stopping and rough idling. I was not told I was not scheduled in until I picked up the truck at the end of the day, after I was the one that reached out to them to see if it was done. It's very inconvenient to arrange my schedule to have them keep the truck all day then find out both times NOTHING was done with it. I feel that I was not treated with respect by Derrik. A simple phone call explaining that they messed up and didn't order parts and can't find the solutions to the issues would have gone along way. But instead he argued with me and gave me lame excuses after another with a condescending attitude. . One of the sales reps heard the entire conversation and was appalled at how I was treated and the situation I've been facing. He followed me out to the parking lot and took the time to listen to me as I was almost in tears. He said they would do his best to personally get to the bottom of this and do his best to make it up to us. I felt listened to and validated. Still don't know how to proceed at this point but as a woman I will never take the truck into them again, my husband will do it. More
My 2009 Pontiac G8 GT blew the top hose off to my radiator on Tuesday Nov 2..I was able to get into the dealership before any damage was done.Derek was able to re-attach the hose and away I went.Got radiator on Tuesday Nov 2..I was able to get into the dealership before any damage was done.Derek was able to re-attach the hose and away I went.Got a far as the highway and the gauge went right off the end.Got back to the store and Derek added 7 litres of antifreeze to the radiator and the problem was solved. The Cost NO CHARGE.I have been bringing my G8 GT to dealership for at least 3 years now and the service has always been excellent Thank you dealership for the Service More
I am a Sales Manager in BC for a global corporation who uses Element Fleet vehicles for all sales reps. I have had three different sales reps of mine complain to me how rude and unprofessional the service uses Element Fleet vehicles for all sales reps. I have had three different sales reps of mine complain to me how rude and unprofessional the service department treated them. I am boycotting this dealership and spreading the word throughout my sales network. If you want to be belittled then go here for your vehicle servicing but our organization will NEVER be using them again. More

Don't listen. Told Scott specifically I needed a service During my previous (almost 2 hr) visit instead of doing the regular servicing that I had booked they spent all the time checking to see if work needed During my previous (almost 2 hr) visit instead of doing the regular servicing that I had booked they spent all the time checking to see if work needed doing for a recall. At the end having found out the service was not done I went to SCOTT to ensure that they would get it done on my next visit to perform the recall work. Having been given an appointment to get a recall done on my 2018 Volt now that the parts came in, I reminded them that originally needed a service, which they had ignored and to make sure it was booked. Upon taking the car in I checked to make sure it would get done. THEY HAD NO RECORD OF IT. TOO CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING MONEY OFF A JUICY 12hr RECALL JOB !!!!!!! The VOLT is excellent. Their computer systems, and some of its operators stink. Dave Shaw More
