The Team is always accommodating and professional. I appreciate how quick they are to turn around the service needs on short notice and to transport me around even when they have had no loaner and had I appreciate how quick they are to turn around the service needs on short notice and to transport me around even when they have had no loaner and had to arrange alternate arrangements until my vehicle was completed. For a woman to be able to trust a service shop with a older vehicle is paramount including staying within budget. More

Took our Camaro in for it's first service ,, I did need the car back as quickly as possible. Matt in the service department looked after me and I was back on the road in forty five minutes. I have been dealing with Derek Powley, Service Consultant, pretty much exclusively since I purchased my current vehicle at Kelowna Chevrolet in 2016. Derek has consistently gone above and beyond Consultant, pretty much exclusively since I purchased my current vehicle at Kelowna Chevrolet in 2016. Derek has consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate me whether it is scheduling me in for an appointment on short notice or arranging a shuttle ride for me to get to and from work. He is always friendly, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating with me to provide updates while my vehicle is in the shop. Derek always makes the experience of dealing with vehicle servicing/repairs much more enjoyable and far easier than other garages I have dealt with in the past. Thanks for all your help Derek.
