Terrible communication; had to speak with at least 4 different customer service reps. They lost my car and called me to ask where it was. They had a different contact in their system for my vehicle. different customer service reps. They lost my car and called me to ask where it was. They had a different contact in their system for my vehicle. Twice they told me it was on the hoist being fixed when it was not. Not a word was said from the rep when I picked it up. No apologies offered. Sent in 2 different feedback/surveys with a request to have customer service all me with no follow up. If it was not under warranty I would not bring it back. More

The tailgate on our GMC Sierra 1500 came off its hinges and broke down at Costco across the street and GMC wasn’t able to pick up our call. We showed up at Chevy looking for help and this employee was extr and broke down at Costco across the street and GMC wasn’t able to pick up our call. We showed up at Chevy looking for help and this employee was extremely helpful and immediately willing to help. He rotated the hinge and fixed it for us. He was super nice and willing to help. When we offered to pay them something for the service, they told us not to worry about it and they were happy to help. It was a great experience from this employee specifically and left us with an overall positive impression of Chevy. More
I have been waiting for weeks for a call back from September to get my car dealt with. Have had multiple people call me for an oil change but I can't get my car in to deal with it pulling and solve th September to get my car dealt with. A problem I was told that would be dealt with before it came home with me a year ago. Every time I talk to someone I'm told their manager will call me. After having a bad experience with trading in my 2015 Equinox for a 2019 Equinox I swore I’d never go back. But I was having issues with my exhaust leaking under the hood and figured it would be covered Equinox for a 2019 Equinox I swore I’d never go back. But I was having issues with my exhaust leaking under the hood and figured it would be covered under warranty. They had my vehicle for a full day and offered a health check while it was in. They claimed to not be able to find the leak and told me it was road salt I could smell and not leaking exhaust. I am very knowledgeable in vehicle repairs and normally do all my own work, I am not an idiot and brought it in for the warranty of buying a vehicle from them. After getting it back home I had found the exhaust manifold was leaking, a new gasket and the smell went away, just road salt causing the issue eh?????. As for the vehicle health check it was like it was done for another vehicle and just slapped together to prove they actually did something while they had my car all day, what a crock. Lied about my brake pads needing replacement, tire pressure and did not top up washer fluid as they stated. Shady dealership. Wanted to charge me $170 to store my vehicle for a day. More
