My daughter recently acquired an older model (97) Pontiac Grand Am from her grandmother for her use while she attends UBCO. It would not start the other night so we brought it in to your shop. Your service advisor, Matt Gunn, provided excellent service to us right from my first phone call to him. I was worried that with me being in Calgary it would be difficult to get things arranged remotely but Matt made it very easy and promptly returned all of my phone calls. Further, when I explained to him that we didn’t want to spend a lot of money given the age of the car but wanted to replace the rear view mirror, Matt came up with a great and inexpensive solution for us. Instead of going with the OEM mirror he suggested a considerably less expensive option to us saving us ~ $200 or more. A perfect solution for an older vehicle! Matt and the service technician also quickly diagnosed the starting issue and replaced a fuel filter that had not been changed in quite some time. My daughter was back on the road far sooner than we expected. I thought you should know how happy we are with the service and attention we received from Matt on a fairly insignificant amount of service work. I won’t hesitate to tell others about this very positive experience we had with your organization. Also, Susan Walker (I think I have her name right), was very helpful and friendly in directing my calls to your service department and answering my questions about local towing companies. He answered my many question and did everything I asked in a timely manner. Worth also mentioning was the sale manager and service manager along with the driver who transported my vehicle 800km away from Don Folk. They honoured all agreements and service required. I bought my jeep overlander with out even seeing it and it was just as they said. Thank you More

We were very impressed with Don Folk, mainly Pierre Roy, for their professionalism & assistance with making that decision. Pierre did just the right amount of follow up & "sales" tactics to make us feel good about our decisions; we never felt pressured, never felt like he was feeding us a line - just felt like he was honestly trying to help us out. Other dealerships could take a lesson from this approach. Once we had committed to the purchase, the rest of the team at Don Folk didn't let us down either. The level of professionalism & a high Standard of Care impressed us from each person we talked to - finance, business manager, service manager!
