It will take much more time until we are comfortable with this car, in the same way as we were with earlier purchases of new vehicles. Excellent Salesman - Tim Muise I don't normally trust or recommend salesmen. Tim changed my attitude. He spent almost a whole morning with me, even when I wanted to look at truck I don't normally trust or recommend salesmen. Tim changed my attitude. He was not pushy or aggressive in any way or fashion, but answered all my questions honestly and when he didn't know he found out. He made my purchase an extremely pleasant event. Great People & No Pressure After looking around a few Dealerships, I finally found a truck on line that was pretty much what we were looking for. I went online and sent in a trade in request for the vehicle we had , this was on a Sunday. Monday morning first thing Mike Frances called me , we discussed our trade in , and we got together on the following Friday. Mike from the very first was a truly enjoyable, honest , person to deal with, always very positive and straight up. Then we went into talk with Scott Robb the sales Manager, and started to deal on the other vehicle, of course I had a figure in mind, and we were pretty close. But without the wife with me had to go and confirm. Anyways as usual the Mrs. was firm with what we had budgeted for a different vehicle, and I let Mike and Scott know. A little bartering and an hour later we were in Tim Vargas office doing the paper work. My point is this, I am 63 years old, and have purchased and sold a number of vehicles in my time, and I have had some let's say not pleasant experiences at different dealerships. I have to tell you, the crew at Don Folks (Soon to be called Kelowna Chevrolet) Are absolutely top notch, they listen, they care, they have the best personality, and most important work with you to get you what you need, with no B S involved and no pressure.
