I booked the appointment way in advance and they told me they would give me a courtesy car to use, the day before my appointment they call me and tell me there's no courtesy cars available and they would shuttle me to and from work. They shuttled me to work, then called and told me they found "NO ISSUES" with anything... after I had told them you have to drive near highway speed. The one issue they did find, I had been quoted on the same work elsewhere for half the price, so I told them can you please come pick me up and I will take my car elsewhere to be fixed. They repeatedly ignored my calls and never sent a shuttle driver to come get me. Essentially once I denied them fixing the car they refused to pick me up and left me stranded. I took a cab to get my car back, I looked at the invoice which stated they drove my car 1km!!!! 1km to determine there was "no issues"? When I clearly told them it was at highway speeds. Very frustrated. Terrible service. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone. More

Wonderful On Line Service Reply I was looking for a Subaru with a stick shift and a Google Search lead me to find one at this dealership. I E Mailed for information on a Sunday even I was looking for a Subaru with a stick shift and a Google Search lead me to find one at this dealership. I E Mailed for information on a Sunday evening and it was first off Monday that a reply came to me. We went up and test drove the car and put down a deposit. The service was second to none, as I had little success where we live with our local dealer for Subaru. We were treated with professionalism every step of the buying process. We had insurance ready and waiting for us when we came to pick the car up. We planned on having to take a taxi up to Kelowna and were so pleased that someone was sent down to Pentiction to drive us to the dealer. This was more than we had expected to receive in service. I do not drive and my husband is from England so getting used to driving on the other side of the road and having the stick on the wrong side is a wonderful adventure. More

This is the second vehicle that I have bought from salesman Bruce Striker, and his professionalism and efforts to find the right vehicle were very appreciated. Everyone i dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful, from when i first walked on the lot and met Jeff Gauley, who made me feel right at home and showed me where the coffee was, as i was early for my appointment with Bruce. Both sales person and manager were great to deal with, and we were easily able to agree at a reasonable price, with some added benefits thrown in! It's Always Worth the Trip My husband and I inadvertently found Kelowna Chevrolet in 2014 while heading to The Greenery with a gift card I received for Christmas. We live in so My husband and I inadvertently found Kelowna Chevrolet in 2014 while heading to The Greenery with a gift card I received for Christmas. We live in southeast British Columbia and planned to combine the garden shopping with a visit with our son and daughter-in-law who live in Kelowna. As we headed down the car lot's back road towards Dilworth as per instructions we spotted a one ton dually that looked interesting and we made a note to check it out after our Greenery trip. Pierre Roy was out in the lot when we got there and he listened to us as we explained out situation - we were there with our 1999 Cadillac but had a 2007 one ton Chev dually at home to trade. After a test drive of the pickup and some discussion in his office a deal was struck. We were extremely pleased with the amount they would give us for the trade-in and we set a date for bringing it down to Kelowna in a week's time. Pierre kept in touch with us during the following two years so when we decided to get that SUV I was hankering for we thought of him. Knowing we were going to be in Kelowna and vicinity for a granddaughter's soccer tournament we set aside some time for vehicle shopping. Pierre was such a great guy that we actually waited for him to get back from his holidays. Again, however, we were in Kelowna without our trade-in since our son had asked us to bring his boat back and we needed the pickup to trailer it. I looked at several vehicles and test drove a couple and it was decided that what I really wanted was a Chevrolet Tahoe but they didn't have one on the lot. After checking over their next shipment and seeing that one was coming in, Sierra Red with lots of bells and whistles, I made the deal. Kelowna Chevrolet would even take my old Cadillac as a trade-in which meant we could drive it down when our Tahoe came in. Lucky for me, and thanks to Pierre for seeing to it, my Tahoe arrived in time for the big September sale and I was pleased to see a reduction in the sale price. I love my new 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. When I get behind the wheel I feel as though I belong there. Because I tend to keep my cars for many years I want to be sure that I get what I'm looking for and I certainly did. More
