Dealing with the rest of the team has been great to date. each doing their part to make a positive experience Clayton (GM), consistently ensuring that all was done to make a deal work and that both parties were happy. Brent (Sales Manager), personable and to the point, makes things simple Tim (finance), Spoke early in the process once I decided to proceed and needed to know where I stood at no time did he treat me any different due to my credit situation, and he was direct, to the point and made it a seamless transaction. Dan (parts), I have been in the parts department over the years and all the team has been great and my current questions for Dan about the Volt he was very helpful. Matt (Service) just dealing with a few quirks I am sure on the new ride Matt has been helpful, courteous and pleasurable to deal with. More
More concerned with bottom line Sales staff was helpful and spent alot of time helping. When it came to our trade in every thing stopped. He was given 3 days to come up with a price, was not enough time. Had an appointment with Clayton, we waited over an hour. Finally as we were leaving he gave us 5 minutes. Then we were told that the price of the advertized vehicle is for cash only. If we wanted the advertized 0% financing the price is different. He did not even go and look at our trade before he made us an offer that was insulting to say thr least. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Don Folk chev and will miss them. Kelowna Chev will never get my business. More
