Exceptional customer service! Mid afternoon on the Saturday of the May long weekend, I was new car shopping. Kelowna Chevrolet was our 5th stop. We were greeted within minutes (u Mid afternoon on the Saturday of the May long weekend, I was new car shopping. Kelowna Chevrolet was our 5th stop. We were greeted within minutes (unlike Audi and Toyota who didn't bother to speak to us at all) by Eric, and our experience just got better as the hours ticked by. I found a vehicle that I LOVE (2018 Equinox), and Eric was a great salesperson to work with because he was honest about the fact that he'd only been in Kelowna for just about 24 hours, so he really didn't know the area at all (test drive), but he knew exactly how to make a customer feel important and heard. Everyone from the person dealing with the insurance, the second person working on the financing, and Eric himself stayed well after close so that I could drive off the lot in my new vehicle. Since then Eric has been in touch with me to see how the drive home went, and make sure that I'm still happy in my beautiful vehicle. And Mike was right, the colour is perfect. I've had two random strangers walk up and tell me how much they like the colour of my vehicle! :O) More

Myles did not blow me off or show any doubt of my intentions or character, and still did his job well. Mike (who's a xxxx of a sales person) worked with me to snag a great deal and was willing to negotiate on every little detail, even if it was floor mats. My one recommendation is don't take these two lightly. They're good at their jobs. More
