I remember our conversation very vividly and swore that I put your oil change on the open repair order. . I am an engineer and programmer. I think their is something seriously wrong with your computer systems. Your sales and servicing databases do not seem in sync, When I tried book a service some time ago your receptionist did not even seem to be able to find my phone number. Somewhere you had me down as having bought a big truck and kept getting 'buy another truck' emails. I don't think you are every going to resolve your information issues until you fix your fragmented systems. I will take you up on your offer of a credit as I think I have paid for it in irritation. I bet you $10 that you can find no record of a note in your database about it when I come in next. Dave Shaw

Good Morning Dave, I agree that our sales & services databases seem not to sync, it is something that I have seen in the past as it is two different providers so there can be loop holes at times. With you being an engineer and programmer I'm sure you understand that and have seen that before. Once again I do apologize for the confusion and irritation.
