My 2009 Pontiac G8 GT blew the top hose off to my radiator on Tuesday Nov 2..I was able to get into the dealership before any damage was done.Derek was able to re-attach the hose and away I went.Got radiator on Tuesday Nov 2..I was able to get into the dealership before any damage was done.Derek was able to re-attach the hose and away I went.Got a far as the highway and the gauge went right off the end.Got back to the store and Derek added 7 litres of antifreeze to the radiator and the problem was solved. The Cost NO CHARGE.I have been bringing my G8 GT to dealership for at least 3 years now and the service has always been excellent Thank you dealership for the Service More

Last week my husband was in contact with Lucas by email regarding a truck and after several emails it was decided we would drive from Merritt to Kelowna to view the truck. An appointment was made for Frida regarding a truck and after several emails it was decided we would drive from Merritt to Kelowna to view the truck. An appointment was made for Friday at 1:00. Friday a.m. we contacted Lucas to say we were on our way and again at 1:02 to say we had been delayed on the Coquihalla due to snow and poor road conditions but we would be there in 15 minutes. Lucas said "see you in 15 minutes". 6 minutes later his manager, Joel called to say they had sold the vehicle an hour prior and that he had emailed us to notify us of that. First of all it was a very inconsiderate thing to do selling it knowing we were on our way and not giving us first refusal, secondly to email us (which we did not get as it went to junk mail) rather than the courtesy of a phone call to notify us of the sale was very unprofessional and thirdly why didn't Lucas the salesman, know and/or mention the sale when we called him at 1:02. We drove 2 1/2 hours in snow and fog in slushy slippery conditions and had to return another 2 1/2 hours home in the same conditions. We incurred not only a nail bitting 5 hr drive but incurred the cost of gas for no purpose. Had Lucas or Joel called us as soon as a local customer showed serious interest in the vehicle we would have turned around and saved ourselves a costly and unpleasant trip. It usually takes a good hour or more before a purchase deal is done so there was plenty of time to notify us so that we were saved the trip or could cut it short. We wrote them an email on our return home stating our dissatisfaction and they didn't even have the decency to reply to the email to apologize or try to make it right. Again, very unprofessional. We will definitely not be giving them any future business and would not recommend them. More

My experience overall with Kelowna Chevrolet has been fantastic. It started with the sales experience and Lucas. He was fantastic. I was in the market for a suburban and with the state of the world the fantastic. It started with the sales experience and Lucas. He was fantastic.
