The tailgate on our GMC Sierra 1500 came off its hinges and broke down at Costco across the street and GMC wasn’t able to pick up our call. When we offered to pay them something for the service, they told us not to worry about it and they were happy to help. It was a great experience from this employee specifically and left us with an overall positive impression of Chevy. More
