Great from start to finish. Atmosphere was awesome. Everyone was happy and made us feel welcomed. The credit lady was super nice, the finance man was awesome and kept up smiling and engaged explaining different options available. Logan was able to get me into a dream truck ahead of a lot of other dealers around. I got fair value for my trade in and the process for the trade was very straight forward. Buddy even came up with his tie on to greet us and make us feel at home. the car was detailed very well, full tank of gas and all options as described. The manager (I think) even ran home and got me a pair of special crutches as I was on them from a recent acl surgery. My wife and I felt very welcome from the moment we walked in and I will definitely recommend you guys in the future. More

The team forged internal GM paperwork to get me into a lease. I never missed a payment for 2 years. When my lease was ending I got finance for the agreed buy out price. They then tried to charge me $10,000 above the agreed GM lease-end price because of a new "Rule". Dealership Owner Ian Speckman and Snr. Finance Manager Leah Babington won't return my calls or provide any clarification on this new "GM Rule" that wasn't in my original lease & refuse to discuss or help.
