Matt was a good listener, acknowledged the problem with my brakes and was straightforward about what needed to be done to solve a two year old problem. Fast friendly services, service writer was waiting when we drove in. We were offered a ride to wherever, but waited only an hour and it was done. Oil service reset, tires rotated and wheel sensors reset. we drove in. We were offered a ride to wherever, but waited only an hour and it was done.
