Kuol was an excellent, kind, a dealership, the previous 3 when it was Don Folk Chevrolet. I returned to this dealership because of the great service. Kuol was an excellent, kind, and supportive sales person and I enjoyed working with him. My only complaint was that one tire was bald 3 months after purchase and I had to buy a new tire. Kuol was not able to resolve the issue because that tire was rated as minimally acceptable at the time of purchase. The new tire was expensive and it was unfair to have a big expense in only 3 months. More
