We purchased a Dodge Durango GT! ! Never even what we came looking for. Thought we'd check out a Cherokee (never did see one lol) our sales man Tung showed us a Dodge Durango and Dodg ! He wasn't pushy, as we said we wanted to go check out a Hyundai Pallisade, Kia Telluride and few others. Well we were about to Go see our top contender a Subaru Ascent when we got texts of pics of a all blacked out Dodge Durango with performance hood and lots of space. (We were 5min from leaving town and probably go with Subaru), took it for a test drive before even cleaned up or taken to shop. We loved it, felt right , but wanted to still see the Ascent model, Tung understood and didn't pressure us into a sale, but did check back and let us know it's cleaned up and see if still interested. We were torn between those two, but went back in felt right and knew it's what our family needed for more space. The selling point was getting a good trade in offer for our Chevy Orlando and got total price with side step add on too down to where we hoped for. Was great customer service from all their staff and would be happy to send friends there if looking chrysler/dodge/jeep or the wagoner. Went in for simple lock issue. Was told if they broke part while fixing it would be my fault and I would be forced to pay for the replacement. I brought up that this is bad service and the employee, Ia part while fixing it would be my fault and I would be forced to pay for the replacement. I brought up that this is bad service and the employee, Ian, verbally abused me, locked the service doors to prevent me from leaving and told me to never bring my vehicle back in for service. As well the employee came to service my car without a mask on. I would not suggest buying a car from here or servicing your vehicle after this awful experience. More
