Iam responding to my own post as it won’t let me comment on Kamloops Dodge response they made on my earlier post. I can’t believe that Kamloops Dodge is lieing about trying to contact me to resolve this issues when they HAVEN’T. Their comment to my post is the only contact I have had from them since we went to the appt. I haven’t received any emails or calls from them. Not only do they have poor customer service and are rude but they are now liars! The fact that we had an appt for 11am, arrived 10m early,and then waited 45m while our vehicle sat in the parking lot, then we had customers who arrived 20m after Us and got in BEFORE us, and the customer who went ahead of us only needed a decal put on his truck..... I understand that they are trying to save face and not have another bad review like they already do from many customers, but to straight out LIE about what happened is disgusting. When we brought it to their attention that we have waited 45m and someone went before us, the older man rudely behind the counter commented “ well that’s a different guy, he just needs a decal”....so the fact that we brought it to their attention and they still didn’t care and even repsonded rude as if we offended them by questioning why we were waiting 45m and why they let someone go ahead of us. The lady we were talking to was a bit understanding why we were upset, but the older man who we weren’t even talking to and who interrupted our conversation with the lady, showed us that the supervisors/management working there do not care about customers and won’t abide by appts. If you make an appt they won’t abide by it, it’s very clear that they do not care for customers and their time. They will push people ahead of you as long as it benefits them, while they try to defend their terrible actions and then straight out lie to try and save face. If they were decent people they would have apologized in their response and that would’ve showed they take responsibility for their actions and they wouldn’t have been called out as Liars and I wouldn’t have had to write this second review. But here we are. Kamloops Dodge, don’t bother responding to this as you’ve already shown your true colours, we’re writing this response because you are liars and youre trying to seem like you’ve done everything you can to solve this issue, when you have done NOTHING. Great ethics!
