Came from out of town to look at a truck, and couldn't make a deal. a week later they called and said they have a new offer, but refused to discuss it with me over the phone or email and said the only way make a deal. a week later they called and said they have a new offer, but refused to discuss it with me over the phone or email and said the only way they will tell me is if i drive 3 hours to them just to see the deal. I refused and they kept calling me saying they have a deal but they were persistent on me coming in there to see it, but still refused to let me know what the deal was over the phone. I have dealt with other dealerships over the years and they all will give their best pricing over the phone or by email. I was not impressed with their over calling and refusal to not give me any pricing unless i drove over 3 hours 1 way to find out what they could do. If looking for a vehicle I would recommend somewhere else More

We are on a 3 month trip to the Canadian Rockies from upstate NY and had a couple of problems with our 2021 RAM Promaster class-B motorhome. Kamloops RAM did an excellent job at resolving these problems upstate NY and had a couple of problems with our 2021 RAM Promaster class-B motorhome. Kamloops RAM did an excellent job at resolving these problems under warranty 😊and by providing a shuttle service to our hotel! Finding a garage on-route is never easy as everybody is always booked full but Kamploops RAM fitted us in so we could continue our trip. Thank you guys and thanks to Riana for the customer service!! I brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport into the dealership to have a loud noise in the front end looked at. The noise is loud enough that you could feel it in the wheel and floor. People who are in the vehicle and outside the vehicle could hear it. They said they rest drove it and didn’t hear anything. I went down to Rivershore Dodge Jeep 5 minutes after picking up my Jeep and the Service Manager test drove my Jeep with me in the vehicle, he did not have to do anything crazy to replicate the noise and heard the noise one minute into the drive, booked me in the next day and fixed it! Service department needs to take a page out of Rivershore’s service departments book! More
I had a great experience purchasing a used 2020 Dodge Ram 3500. Brandon went through all the features. Chris and John went through the financing. Drew then used her expertise going through ICBC. In today's world, I really appreciate that! And while waiting a kind person in reception offered me a place to plug in my laptop. And a free car wash! More
Bought a 2021 dodge gladiator in February 2020, it's been a complete lemon. Water leaks into the cab and xxxxxxat the floormats everytime it rains, my touch screen on the dash has completely stopped workin a complete lemon. Water leaks into the cab and xxxxxxat the floormats everytime it rains, my touch screen on the dash has completely stopped working, and everything along with it (radio, front / back camera, front/back sensors, etc.) It's been in the shop numerous times, and has less than 20,000k on it. I guess it drives okay, but for 80 grand, I think it's fair to expect dry cab and for all it's features to work properly. They also blamed me the first time I brought it in for the water leaking, saying I was driving around with my doors off, even though it was in March and about 5 degrees Celsius. All they'd had to do is take a pressure washer and give it a rinse.... Hopefully you were more intelligent than me and read some reviews before purchasing your vehicle here. They have tons of 5 star reviews because everyone is excited about their new vehicle, but the amount of 1 star reviews for their customer service should tell you enough about how they treat you after you sign your papers. Go to Ford a couple doors down, or you can risk wishing you get T-boned at every intersection just so you can write your vehicle off and be done with it More
