My 2021 CX30 Turbo is a lemon and needs engine work. High oil consumption, loss of power, poor valve seats. Its a known issue, as the Mazda Corporation has issued a service bulletin about it. The salesperson acknowledged it was a warranty claim and offered to buy it back from me. They actually wanted to charge me to do the warranty service by subtracting it from the final offer! I ordered an accessory (trunck rubber floor mat), representative said the accessory will arrive in 2 weeks and they will call me back when the accessory arrives to store. 3 weeks later I went to the representative said the accessory will arrive in 2 weeks and they will call me back when the accessory arrives to store. 3 weeks later I went to the store (I took the initiative since I know about their poor service) and the accessory was there, no one tried to communicate with me, I just paid, pick up my order and left. Unfortunately it is the only dealership in town, and I highly considering drive to other city to get my services done. More
