The only problems I have had in the past were a few recalls, and they were dealt with quickly and effectively. I would be remiss if I did not mention that your salesman, I mean Product Advisor, Josh Fowler, sold me my last F150 in 2017 and now the 2020 Explorer, and his friendly attitude, knowledge of the product, and expertise are appreciated.
