The only problems I have had in the past were a few recalls, and they were dealt with quickly and effectively. I would be remiss if I did not mention that your salesman, I mean Product Advisor, Josh Fowler, sold me my last F150 in 2017 and now the 2020 Explorer, and his friendly attitude, knowledge of the product, and expertise are appreciated. To start with, Sarah the Lincoln service advisor is great, she does her best to ensure your needs are met. In my case I had to get an oil change on a specific date as my insurance ended that date and great, she does her best to ensure your needs are met.
