Through no fault on our part we were recently in an accident in which our 2018 Ford Escape was written off. We had new vehicle replacement insurance and the salesman and sales manager worked with the i accident in which our 2018 Ford Escape was written off. We had new vehicle replacement insurance and the salesman and sales manager worked with the insurance company to get us a new 2020 Escape. Working with the finance person we were able to accomplish all payouts etc in excellent time ensuring that we had our new car quickly.
