A no-pressure purchase and the dealer didn’t try to oversell me on things I didn’t need. I explained what my priorities were in a new truck and the salesman (Rick Proctor) showed me exactly what I was oversell me on things I didn’t need. A small delay in adding a box cover because of availability but not a big deal. I brought the truck back after the purchase to add it and they supplied me a great loaner for the afternoon while they installed the accessories. Also no pressure from the sales manager to buy extras like extended warranty, etc. Rick was a straight shooter on my trade in value and feel I got a fair deal!
