I cannot say enough good things about Kamloops Ford Lincoln service department. I recently had a steering issue with my 2017 F350. I phoned the service department and they told me of a recall on the tr Lincoln service department. I recently had a steering issue with my 2017 F350. I phoned the service department and they told me of a recall on the truck and booked me in for the next available spot. In the meantime I decided to phone the other local Ford dealer to see if they had an earlier date available, after being transfered to service and about 30 rings on the phone and no one picked up I finally hung up. A day later the steering got worse and I phoned back to Kamloops Ford Lincoln and they advised me to bring my truck in asap. They would try and squeeze it in. I droped the truck off late Friday morning and had it fixed by end of day Saturday. That folks is how service is done. Very happy with Kamloops Ford Lincoln. And will continue to have all my vehicles serviced there. More

Everyone was very friendly. We were offered a cold drink and the waiting area was very comfortable.
