Nice and helpful staff. Rachelle was great at the front service!! Appointments are a long time to get. I booked far out an appointment that the dealer said was long enoug Rachelle was great at the front service!! Appointments are a long time to get. I booked far out an appointment that the dealer said was long enough to install winter tires, change oil and address 2 or 3 recall items. At the end of the day and after having the truck 5.5 hours, they had only completed the oil change and tires and needed my vehicle for a second day to finish the rest of the work. Not impressed! This dealer needs to stick to the schedule, don't overbook work in the shop or hire more mechanics to keep to the level of vehicles they sell. It's bad enough the bookings are so far out but at least when you finally get in, the expectation is the vehicle to be worked on as planned. I may try the other Ford dealer in town the next time to see if they are better organized. More

Very good customer service. I had to wait 2 hours for a service as there was no shuttle and I could not get a ride. I would definately be much more efficent to have a drive thr I had to wait 2 hours for a service as there was no shuttle and I could not get a ride.
