Pooped the Porsche! I hate to say it, but someone (who shall remain nameless) actually soiled themselves on the front passenger seat of my new Porsche! There may or may not have also been a little urine in the mix, as well....I’m unable to say for sure as my gag reflex was in full on mode, but it was pretty liquid. I called the dealership where I purchased my car, and they wanted nothing to do with it. After leaving message after message on other car detailing companies answering machines, not one person called me back. So frustrating. My car smelled so bad I couldn’t drive it! My family refused to ever step foot in my car again! You don’t want to know the replacement cost of a top of the line Porsche seat....oh no no no! Plus, the pooper stopped talking to me...I guess in fear that I might make her pay for the damage. I assured her I would NOT make her pay for it, and she has yet to return my texts. Understandable...I guess, she must have known that car insurance doesn’t cover that sort of damage either...so I have learned. FORTUNATELY, my husband found Jonker Auto Group, and the Jonker Auto Spa!!! Game changer! TONY, on my goodness, thank goodness for TONY!!!! He didn’t bat an eye, when he heard my request. “NO PROBLEM” he says to me, and proceeds to tell me that I could wait as he has my seat cleaned. I was sure my car had to stay in the shop a week! I sat in the cozy, well stocked with magazines, waiting lounge, and an hour later my car was finished. It looked WONDERFUL! It smelled WONDERFUL! I couldn’ t believe my good fortune, and they even cleaned the rest of my car. Vacuumed the floor carpets and everything. What a relief! BUT, that wasn’t enough for TONY, when I asked for the bill, he said it’s on the house. WOW! The silver lining. From such an awful experience to such a wonderful experience! Very impressed! It is my mission to share this experience with everyone that I can. Thank-you TONY, you are not only an expert, but also a true gentleman. More

Summer tire changeover Declared my tires unsafe and would not mount them on my vehicle. Said they were at 2/32 from wear markers and were beginning to crack. Option to repla Declared my tires unsafe and would not mount them on my vehicle. Said they were at 2/32 from wear markers and were beginning to crack. Option to replace at $1400 or $1170. I declined and when I brought them home I checked them myself. They were well above the wear markers and had only a few cracks at the edges of the tire. They are Good Year Eagles and I usually only drive 4000 km a year. This was an "UP-Sell" that I do not agree with. I have found that on MOST occasions that I have had my vehicle's serviced at Yonker that I get the BIG UP-SELL to do additional work (the last 10 or more years). I will get the tires put on the vehicle elsewhere. More
