Making it Right I ordered a new complete rebuilt distributor for my 1998 Nissan Pathfinder. When I went to install the part I discovered that one of the electrical le I ordered a new complete rebuilt distributor for my 1998 Nissan Pathfinder. When I went to install the part I discovered that one of the electrical leads on the distributor cap was cracked. I was frustrated and had to go back to Jonker to get them to order another distributor cap, which they did. For the inconvenience and loss of time, upon suggesting that they exchange a non OEM part which they installed from another service time, Service Manager Sam agreed and ordered a proper OEM Purge Control Valve and had me on my way in a couple of days. Taking responsibility and responding by doing the right and reasonable thing is what Sam did. We need more dealerships and individuals to act and perform in this manner. Thank-you More
