I had visited another Honda dealer the previous day and having encountered a confrontational and dismissive salesperson, I decided to begin at Jonker with a phone call. Talking to Byron on the phone gave me the sense that he was someone I could work with so I made an appointment to test drive a Civic the next day. To sum this up without being too wordy, the process, from start to finish, when we drove off in our vehicle, was very straightforward and pleasant. I never felt pressured or manipulated, which are the two things I dread most in situations like this. Respect I had gone to a dealership in Richmond and asked for a test drive.
