Staff are always efficient and friendly. Past experience especially with the service department has been very good. Andrea Arthurs has been very helpful and answered my questions fully. When a special offer was available she has made me aware of it so I could take advantage of the offer. I have been with the service department since 2009. Recently Peter Howard has been a pleasure to deal with. About a year ago I was shopping the market and after discussing a new Honda with Peter it was determined that I was not satisfied with the offer and not in a great hurry to purchase a new Honda. Peter was pleasant to deal with. No pressure, just plain facts. Recently for a special promotion for used vehicles Peter and I worked a deal for a new Honda civic which I am quite pleased with. Again Peter was informative but not high pressure. More

feeling misled the last two times before this time, Jonker has recommended that I have the valve cover gasket replaced (at a cost of ~$200.00) as there is a small am the last two times before this time, Jonker has recommended that I have the valve cover gasket replaced (at a cost of ~$200.00) as there is a small amount of oil seepage (my car is 17 yrs old and a bit of seepage is not a big deal). This past service they mentioned that my car is scheduled for a valve adjustment which would involve the replacement of this valve cover gasket as part of the procedure. This would mean that had I followed their recommendation I would replaced the gasket within a year of replacing it yet again. This lack of foresight on part of the service "advisors" show little regard for the customers' best interests and total regard for the profitability of the dealer. I always regard their service recommendations with distrust. More
