If i could give this place a NEGATIVE then they'd be given a -5 star review. This is now the second time you writing this review because the first time I wrote it the owner of the dealership blatantl given a -5 star review. This is now the second time you writing this review because the first time I wrote it the owner of the dealership blatantly lied. This is absolutely deplorable and just goes to show the true Integrity of this horrible dealership and management they have in place. Bad workers come from bad managers. Absolutely deplorable customer service in the service department from Jay (service Manager) and Terry Lynn. Shame. I brought my vehicle in for service for my 9am appointment and had my 3-year-old daughter with me at the time. Terry lynn sat there and just ignored me as I'm standing right in front of her for what seemed like 10 minutes. She did finally acknowledge me and we spoke briefly until she decided to take a long phone call again while im still in front of her. Not only did I get the vehicle back a couple of hours later but the vehicle is not repaired so now they are just referring me to their body shop which I asked if it was a body shop issue in the first place and they said NO, so now of course they want to transfer me to somebody else and give it to somebody else's problem. When I talked to the supervisor there about Terry Lynn's behavior, he said if I don't like her then all I have to do is go to a different dealership for feeling disrespected. So obviously this dealership doesn't really care about their customers they only want people who they feel like they can disrespect and therefore move on. I've already filed a formal complaint with GM and a formal complaint with omvic because the level of service that these people give is absolutely horrible After following up with Jeremy the general manager of the dealership. He proceeded to lie to me on a recorded phone call telling me how I was cursing and yelling in front of my own child. While I do acknowledge i was upset I DID NOT do what he claimed yet telling true character of those involved. Worst part is MY VEHICLE STILL ISN'T FIXED. More

Awful experience with Sarah small @Johnbear Saint Catharines! She was puzzled about some of the most basic information we asked for on 3 separate vehicles we were interested in! Couldn’t trust someone who didn’t even look us straight in the eye! My husband and I were literally left in the cold while she consulted with John Bear’s knowledgable sales people. Her lingering halitosis was the final straw! Yuck! What a long and exasperating experience! If you are going to buy a car from here I would consider speaking with other experienced and friendly sales team @John Bear, particularly Kathleen, Shirley the ones who seem to know your stuff! Not Sarah Smell! More

Matt’s customer service was top notch, he always kept me updated with any info regarding my vehicle, he checked in from time to time & he made me feel like I wasn’t just buying from a salesperson! He’s personable and a great person. I’m very thankful to have had an amazing sales rep! Matt I will defiantly refer you & John Bear to anyone who asks about my new vehicle!! Went into John Bear for a used vehicle and was poorly served by Sarah Small. She tried pushing to sell a new vehicle yet was not very knowledgeable regarding questions in reference to my car related inqu served by Sarah Small. Absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received at this dealership, it is concerning how little customer retention tactics are practiced in this dealership, they speak to you like you're an idiot and this dealership, it is concerning how little customer retention tactics are practiced in this dealership, they speak to you like you're an idiot and will try to replace anything on your vehicle to make an extra buck. I replaced $4,000 worth of parts just to not have the problem fixed, and when asked for a deal or break on the cost because of no results I was quite literally laughed at and told to find another dealership. Very disappointed with the sales follow up after purchasing a GMC certified used vehicle in January 2022. I have called and emailed to try to get information as to why the cell phone auto charging purchasing a GMC certified used vehicle in January 2022. I have called and emailed to try to get information as to why the cell phone auto charging was not working, after being promised they were investigating i have heard nothing to date . Clearly once the is made all the service promises mean very little it would seem. If I had bought a cheap or old Vehicle I can fully understand things may not work but a $34000 ,3 year Cadillac i expect it to be operating fully.the spare key fob which i received a week after the sale frankly looks like its been in a war zone . So buyer beware i personally will never recomment this dealership based on my experience nkr will i use this dealership for any future service or repairs More
