Thank you Joe Meloche Ford Sales Had to bring my car in to the dealership for noisey brakes. They got my car in right away and even showed me what exactly was wrong. Brand new beautiful showroom to sit and wait and not one person walked by without acknowledging me, really made me feel welcome. More

I cannot attest to the sales department, but do not bring your car in to get serviced here! I brought my F150 in for an oil change and tire rotation (which I had an appointment for). I was told on the phone your car in to get serviced here! I brought my F150 in for an oil change and tire rotation (which I had an appointment for). I was told on the phone beforehand that it should take 45mins to 1hr. After 2.5 hours of waiting in the lounge, I was given my truck back. However, when I got into my truck, it had a 10 inch long crack in the windshield that wasn't there prior. The man behind the service desk told me it must have been there before. I even spoke with the owner and his answer was a sarcastic, "So, what do you want, a new car?" I just wanted the damage done by them to be corrected. When I asked to write a formal complaint he told me there is nothing to write. I have since contacted Ford's complaint center and filed a complaint. I will now have to pay for the repair out of my own pocket (not much, but the principal of it bothers me). Overall, a terrible experience. More
