We couldn't just get one! A close friend recommended Paul Gravelle as we were looking for a truck. From the moment we met Paul, we could tell that Paul was not a car salesman. Paul is the type of guy you want to chill with, talk kids and sports with and "Oh, by the way, here's a great truck I think you might like". We never felt any pressure from Paul or anyone else at Jim Wilson while making a decision. At every opportunity, Paul made us feel comfortable with any decision we wanted to make and answered all our questions promptly and honestly. We did our homework before approaching a dealership and Paul was right on with his numbers. We were given a tour of the dealership and service department and shown the expected vehicle maintenance prices. No stone was left unturned by Paul. We ultimately chose a 2016 GMC Canyon and after driving this beautiful truck home, I can honestly say that it's hard to stop smiling. Our plan was to hand over our 3 year old Hyundai Santa Fe to my wife to drive as its all wheel drive and has been a good car for us. After experiencing the amazing service from Paul and Ashleigh Wilson, we have sold the Santa Fe and my wife will be picking up her 2016 Buick Encore next week. We just located to the Orillia area and plan to bring our GM products to Jim Wilson for service. The waiting area is clean, bright and everyone has been quite friendly so far.
