Bernie Bartz noted all my wishes in a new truck, notified me of a great value for trading in my current truck, more discounts were offered and the deal was made. I picked up my new Silverado on the following Thursday and all was good, except I noticed on my way home that this new truck was not equipped for electric trailer brakes which I need. Bernie called me today (Saturday) and arranged for the electric brake function to be installed this coming Wednesday and I am now completely satisfied with my recent purchase experience of a 2018 Chevy Silverado.
