Buying a car at this dealership Recently I purchased a2015 Hundyai. During the transaction my salesperson, the finance manager and the service person were very friendly. The next morning I noticed that 2tires needed quite a bit of air and, once in the daylight, I saw 2significant chips in the windshield. I returned to the dealership, got the tires fixed but had to return the next day to get a new windshield. I, also, was waiting on a fob. While I was away, my car was returned to me. The fob didn’t work-it was for a Kia-and there were chards of glass all over the seats and floor. Once again, I returned to the dealership! Finally, I got my fob! I had to go again to get it programmed -6 return trips in all! I spoke to both the sales and general manager about the situation. The car should never have been sold like that. They did fix everything but it took a lot of my time. All I asked in return was a second fob but was denied. I love the car but not all the trouble I went through! More

The vehicle was better than expected with all records and work done completely to me satisfaction! Prior to arrival he provided timely and complete details for all of my questions and concerns. Tom even came to the ferry terminal to drive me an hour to the dealership. I will highly recommend him to any friends and family looking for an honorable gentleman to deal with for a very pleasant purchasing experience! More

I went to the dealership first thing Tuesday morning as I needed it to leave My car would not start and was towed in on the Monday Family day holiday. I went to the dealership first thing Tuesday morning as I needed it to leave town on Wednesday morning. The service department understood my dilemma and promised to fit in a service check as quick as possible as it was a very busy day. They did fit me in and identified and fixed the problem that day. As always, in my experience, the service department delivered the service in a very courteous and pleasant manner. More

Make sure to get quotes from other dealers. The power seat of my Hyundai Sonata stopped working. We called them for a quote. Their price was around $700 for a part and service. Unable to believe The power seat of my Hyundai Sonata stopped working. We called them for a quote. Their price was around $700 for a part and service. Unable to believe that changing a simple switch can cost that much, we called another Hyundai dealer and their price was relatively lower around $500. After some internet search, we ended up fixing it ourselves. The fix was easy. The genuine OEM part cost us $45 at Ebay. Unbelievable. More

Soroosh, our product adviser, My mom and I had the most amazing experience at this dealership. We started two weeks ago when we just shopping around. Soroosh, our product adviser, gave us a wealth or information about the Sante fe, gave us numbers and appraised our old car. We never felt pressured, lied to, or cornered. After a horrific experience over at the Mazda dealership we ran right back to Hyundai where we were greeted by smiling faces, a calm atmosphere and no-pressure sales. The sales manager, Melissa, finished off our experience with professionalism and a warm heart. We could not have been happier with our experience!!! More

I don’t enjoy the usual high sales pressure tactics or the condescending attitudes that I sometimes come across. I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from Jim Pattison Hyundai Northshore, and I am happy to say that the experience was an exceptionally positive one. From beginning to end, my product advisor, Babak Mousavi, was professional, personable, and helpful. He was upfront about what he can or cannot offer on the car. He didn’t play any mysterious number game with me, and he was always very gracious during negotiations. I really enjoyed working with him, and I got the car for a great price. His exceptional customer service didn’t end once he had the sale “in the bag”. There was a mix up with one of the accessories after the purchase was done, and he promptly took responsibility (even though it wasn't his fault) and corrected it. I am really impressed with the level of service that I had received from Babak and JP Hyundai Northshore. It’s good to know that I will be bringing my new car in for its scheduled maintenance at a place that values its customers, both during and after the purchase. I highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a Hyundai to go see Babak at JP Hyundai Northshore. More
